Challenge.
Wind turbine foundations and towers are subject to particular forces and therefore require ongoing analysis to optimize uptime and ensure safety. The digital monitoring and analysis of neuralgic points such as cracks forms the basis for taking the necessary and cost-efficient rehabilitation measures.
Solution.
The SuessCo monitoring system will be installed to record movement data from sensitive areas and cracks in the foundation and transitions. Based on this measurement data, an exact status analysis and the corresponding maintenance requirements can be determined. The correlation of the measurement results and the graphical representation of the data takes place in the dashboard.
