In addition, the sensor simultaneously monitors component movements in 6 dimensions: Movements in the X-, Y- and Z-axis are measured, as well as rotations of the component in the Euler angles \u03b1, \u03b2 and \u03b3.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\"  id=\"fl-accordion--label-1\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-1\">What is the advantage over conventional crack sensors?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-1\"  tabindex=\"0\"><i title=\"Expand\">Expand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Conventional measurement methods have several problems:<\/p>\nAnalog methods such as &#8220;crack spy&#8221; or &#8220;crack ruler&#8221; are merely scales from which changes can be read. Measurement and documentation must be performed manually by a person on site. This is time-consuming, expensive and the frequency of measurement and accuracy are limited.<br \/>\nThe SuessCo 6D sensor always delivers precise live data, documents it permanently and processes it graphically. You get a data situation as if the Rissspion is evaluated 24\/7 by a person and the data is recorded. But the whole thing wirelessly, comfortably and over long periods of time.\n<p>Mechanical methods such as &#8220;vibrating wire sensors&#8221; measure only one dimension per sensor. A measurement of 3 dimensions requires complex setups with multiple sensors, which are complex and expensive to install.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\"  id=\"fl-accordion--label-2\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-2\">What is the difference between the 6D sensor and the 3D sensor?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-2\"  tabindex=\"0\"><i title=\"Expand\">Expand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Both sensors provide permanent high-quality measurement data. The 6D sensor provides data on component displacements as well as twists. Furthermore, the 6D sensor can be extended with additional external sensors and covers a wider range of applications. The 3D sensor provides data on the displacement of the components, a change in the angles to each other (&#8220;tilting&#8221;) is not recorded.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\"  id=\"fl-accordion--label-3\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-3\">What is the 6D sensor made of?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-3\"  tabindex=\"0\"><i title=\"Expand\">Expand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The sensor assembly consists of two parts: A sensor part and a reference magnet. The sensor part detects the movements of the reference magnet without contact. The communication module for transmitting the data is already integrated in the sensor housing. In addition, a power supply is required (battery box or external power supply).<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\"  id=\"fl-accordion--label-4\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-4\">What can 6D sensors be used for?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-4\"  tabindex=\"0\"><i title=\"Expand\">Expand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>SuessCo 6D sensors enable the monitoring of movements or rotations of components in relation to each other. For example, cracks on buildings, the movement of bridge parts, and any other movement can be digitally, precisely, and permanently recorded.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\"  id=\"fl-accordion--label-5\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-5\">What measuring accuracy and measuring range do 6D sensors offer?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-5\"  tabindex=\"0\"><i title=\"Expand\">Expand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The sensor offers a high measurement accuracy of \u00b1 50 \u00b5m for the longitudinal axes (x, y, z) and \u00b1 0.2 \u00b0 for the rotation values (\u03b1, \u03b2, \u03b3). The sensor also has an integrated temperature sensor with an accuracy of \u00b1 0.5\u00b0C. It can be done via screws, threaded rods, magnets, adhesive or mounting rails. The sensor and the magnet each have two mounting points with 8mm diameter.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\"  id=\"fl-accordion--label-1\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-1\">In which position can the sensor be mounted?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-1\"  tabindex=\"0\"><i title=\"Expand\">Expand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>The sensor can detect the reference magnet both below and above the sensor, providing a variety of mounting options. The sensor does not require any particular positioning in the room and can be mounted both vertically and horizontally.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\"  id=\"fl-accordion--label-2\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-2\">How precise must the assembly be?  <\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-2\"  tabindex=\"0\"><i title=\"Expand\">Expand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>SuessCo sensors are easy to install because they have a large measuring range and are self-leveling. In addition, the zero point of the measurement can be set again in the SuessCo Dashboard after mounting. The sensor does not need to be precisely aligned as it is self-leveling. The minimum measurement interval is two minutes. We recommend a daily measurement as the maximum measurement interval. The transmission interval to the dashboard can be set synchronously with the measurements. However, longer intervals are also possible, which can extend the battery life.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\"  id=\"fl-accordion--label-3\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-controls=\"fl-accordion--panel-3\">Can I export the readings and display them in my own dashboard?<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a href=\"#\" id=\"fl-accordion--icon-3\"  tabindex=\"0\"><i title=\"Expand\">Expand<\/i><\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<p>Yes, it is possible.
