STRUCTURAL MONITORING
SuessCo Sensors Solutions
Full control over your sensor data, anytime and without an on-site visit.
These companies rely on our sensor technology
One system, many applications
Cracks and joints
Comprehensively document cracks in concrete and masonry. Documentation for expert reports, preservation of evidence on neighboring buildings, and renovation planning for historic structures.
Bridges
Sensors detect micro-movements and structural deformations in bridge bearings, abutments, and support structures. They can be installed even while the bridge is in operation, without requiring a full closure.
Tunnel
Our system monitors 3D deformations, segment deformations, and settlement within the tunnel. Early detection of anomalies reduces repair costs and unplanned closures.
Wind turbines
Reliably monitor tilt and movement in foundations and tower structures. For condition monitoring, maintenance planning, and early detection of structural changes.
dam
Continuously monitor deformations, settlement, and even the slightest movements in dam walls. This allows safety-related changes to be detected early and documented in a traceable manner.
Historic buildings
Precisely monitor movement and cracking in historic buildings. Ideal for renovations, evidence preservation, and long-term condition documentation.
Construction phases
Track settlement and displacement during individual construction phases. For transparent construction monitoring, risk minimization, and reliable project documentation.
Industrial facilities
Continuously monitor foundations, machinery areas, and support structures in industrial facilities. Movements and deformations are detected early, before they affect operations or safety.

What our customers say
“Following a tunnel fire, the 3D sensors from SuessCo Sensors FlexCo were deployed to monitor the affected tunnel arch segments. Continuous monitoring made it possible to maintain temporary operations until final repairs could be completed. As part of the safety management plan, alarm thresholds were defined, and a specific group of people would have been notified via email and SMS if the alarm threshold was reached. The system stands out for its precise measurements and the wireless remote transmission of data to a portal that experts can access at any time without disrupting operations.”
Reinhold Czizsek, Engineer
Asset Management, ASFINAG Bau Management GmbH
“Our collaboration with SuessCo Sensors has always been professional and solution-oriented. For expert assessments, the continuous measurement data from the SuessCo sensors is a major advantage, as changes can be objectively documented and reliably evaluated." "With the XT 3D sensors, we receive precise and stable measurement data wirelessly in three dimensions. This enables reliable remote monitoring of sensitive tunnel areas and significantly reduces our on-site workload."
Mohammed Ismail
Geomatics Engineer, TABERG Engineering and Consulting Firm, LLC
"Thanks to the high-precision sensors from SuessCo Sensors, we have been able to continuously monitor changes in the Palm House. This data helps us protect this wonderful building and its historic structure."
Helmut Heninger, B.S. in Engineering
Austrian Castle Administration
"SuessCo's sensors have proven to be extremely precise and easy to install. What is particularly impressive is that they withstood the extreme conditions of the Swedish winter without any problems. Our collaboration with SuessCo has always been reliable and professional."
Paul Collins
Sales Manager, GEOFIX Sweden
"With the SuessCo 6D sensors, we always have up-to-date measurements available. This naturally saves us money and improves quality."

Plant Technician, Bridge Construction, ÖBB
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Which sensor is right for which structure?
For bridges, we recommend the 6D sensor because it measures both translation and rotation at the same measurement point. For tunnels, we recommend the 3D XT sensor with an external battery box and hourly measurements. For cracks, we recommend the 2D or 3D sensor, depending on the movement pattern. During a consultation, we will determine the specific selection for your project.
How complicated is the installation?
Two screws per component; activation via magnet or battery cable. Setup takes just a few minutes. No special tools, no outside contractor, and no drilling into load-bearing structures.
What happens if the limit is exceeded?
You define the critical thresholds for each measurement point in the Datahub. If a threshold is exceeded, our system automatically sends an email notification to the designated recipients.
How long does the battery last?
Up to ten years for magnetic field sensors. 2D and 3D sensors last ten years with daily measurements, while the 3D Sensor XT and 6D Sensor last the same ten years with hourly measurements. No battery replacement is necessary within the typical maintenance intervals for your structure.
